How is check-in done?
Check-in is self-service through an electronic lock. We’ll send you detailed instructions the day before your arrival.
Can I make a last-minute reservation?
Yes, as long as there’s availability. Last-minute bookings are subject to quick confirmation.
What’s included in the apartment?
The apartment is fully furnished and includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Is cleaning service included?
Final cleaning is included. We offer additional cleaning during your stay for an extra fee.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer free parking for one vehicle per apartment. Parking is exclusive to our guests during their stay.
Is smoking allowed?
No. The apartment is 100% smoke-free. Cleaning fees will apply if smoking is detected.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at our facilities. An additional nightly fee will apply.
What is the maximum occupancy of the apartment?
Our apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They feature a queen-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed—ideal for couples, small families, or groups of friends.
Are parties or gatherings allowed?
No, to ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests, parties and gatherings are not allowed in our apartments.
